We train in K1 Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginner to seasoned fighter. Our Thursday night classes are for fighters only. We have regular socials, a WhatsApp chat, and we usually go for coffee/breakfast after training on a Saturday, so it’s a great way to meet new people! The studios are newly refurbished with large mirrors and a sound system. There are gender neutral changing cubicles and it is an LGBTQIA+ safe space. We get the whole studio to ourselves and it is a brilliant space to train in. All equipment (pads and gloves) at our all-level classes (on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday) is provided, but we do recommend bringing your own gloves and handwraps if you have them.
